Instrumental Music Program
Instrumental music lessons are offered to students of St Joseph's School Mundingburra.
Involvement in the program is on a voluntary basis. Students become eligible to take part in the instrumental program from Year 2 for certain instruments. Parents pay for their children's involvement in the program in addition to paying all other school fees and charges.
Tuition is offered in the following areas:
- Classical Guitar Individual or Groups of 2 (Years 4-6)
- Violin Individual or Groups of 2 (Years 3-6)
- Cello Individual or Groups of 2 (Years 3-6)
- Recorder Individual or Groups of 2-3 (Years 2-6)
- Piano Individual or Groups of 2 (siblings only) (Years 3-6)
- Clarinet Individual or Groups (Years 2-6)
- Fife/Flute Individual or Groups (Years 2-6)
- Alto Saxophone Individual or Groups (Years 3-6)
Students will receive a minimum of 8 lessons per term. All lessons are of half-hour duration and are held during school time.
